These Terms of Service form a legally binding agreement between you and Digital24 LTD, governing your access to and use of https://convert24.co, app.convert24.co and related services (together, the “Service”).

By using the Service you accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the Service.

These Terms apply together with:

• our Refund and Withdrawal Policy — your 14-day right of withdrawal and refunds
• our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy — how we handle your data

Where these documents conflict, the more specific one prevails on its own subject matter. On refunds and withdrawal, the Refund and Withdrawal Policy prevails.

3. What the Service does

Convert24 is an online platform that lets you upload files and convert them between formats, including PDF, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and image formats, through automated processing. It is provided on a subscription basis.

Conversion is carried out with the assistance of third-party processing providers. Your files are transmitted to those providers solely for the purpose of performing the conversion you requested. They act as data processors on our instructions and are contractually bound to process the files only for that purpose. Details are in our Privacy Policy.

4. Your account

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

You are responsible for providing accurate information, for keeping your login credentials confidential, and for activity on your account. Tell us at info@convert24.co if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, and we will help you secure it.

5. Trial, subscription and payment

The Service is offered through a 7-day trial at €0.50, which converts automatically into a monthly subscription at €44.90 unless cancelled before the trial ends. The full terms are in our Subscription Terms, including the emails we send you before the first monthly charge.

Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are in Euros.

6. Your right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the EU, EEA or UK, you have 14 days from the date of your purchase to withdraw from this contract, without giving any reason.

You do not lose this right by starting to use the Service, and we refund all payments received from you without deducting for the period you used.

To withdraw, send us any clear statement to that effect — email info@convert24.co with your name and account email address. You do not have to use a particular form or give a reason. Full details are in our Refund and Withdrawal Policy.

7. Cancellation

You may cancel at any time, free of charge, with no notice period and without giving a reason.

How: log in to your account, go to Account settings → Subscription, and select cancel. The subscription is cancelled automatically by our system and you receive a confirmation email. You can reach the login page from convert24.co/cancelation, which is linked in the footer of every page.

Cancellation stops all future charges. Your access runs to the end of the period already paid for. Cancelling does not by itself refund a payment already made — for that, see section 6 if you are within your first 14 days.

8. Fair use

Your subscription is for personal or small-business use, subject to these limits:

• up to 50 conversions per day
• files up to 100 MB each
• no automated, scripted or bulk processing, and no resale of the Service

If you reach these limits we contact you to discuss an appropriate plan. We do not suspend or throttle an account without contacting you first.

9. What you may not do

You may not use the Service to:

• upload or process content that is illegal, or that infringes anyone’s intellectual property or privacy rights;
• upload malware or content designed to interfere with our systems or those of our providers;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service, or to reverse engineer, scrape or resell it;
• process content on behalf of third parties in a way that exceeds fair use;
• impersonate another person or provide false billing information.

You keep all rights in the files you upload. We claim no ownership over them and do not use them for any purpose other than performing the conversion you requested.

10. Your files

Files you upload, and the converted output, are deleted from our systems within 24 hours.

Conversion is carried out by a third-party processing provider on servers located in Europe. Their systems block access to your files 24 hours after conversion and permanently delete them within 72 hours. No backups are kept.

We do not retain copies, do not review file contents, and do not use your files to train any model.

Keep your own copy of anything you need. We are not able to recover a file after deletion.

11. Availability

We provide the Service with reasonable skill and care but do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that every file will convert perfectly — conversion quality depends on the structure of the source file.

We may carry out maintenance, and will give notice of planned downtime where reasonably possible.

12. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate an account, without refund, where there is evidence of fraud, illegal use, or a serious breach of these Terms.

Except in cases of manifest fraud or illegality, we give notice and an opportunity to respond before suspending your account.

You may stop using the Service at any time by cancelling your subscription.

13. Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded — including your mandatory rights as a consumer.

Subject to that, and to the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or in connection with the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for loss of data where you have not kept your own copy of a file, given the 24-hour deletion described in section 10.

14. Disputes

If something is wrong, contact us first at info@convert24.co. This is a request, not a condition, and does not affect your right to raise a dispute with your bank or to pursue any other legal remedy.

15. Privacy

We process personal data in accordance with the EU GDPR and the UK GDPR, as described in our Privacy Policy.

16. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. The version that applies to your contract is the version published on the date you concluded it, and we keep previous versions available on request.
