The Service is provided on a subscription basis.
2. Third-Party Services
The Service relies on third-party service providers, including external file conversion APIs, to perform certain technical functionalities.
By using the Service, you acknowledge and agree that your uploaded files may be transmitted to such third-party providers solely for the purpose of processing and conversion.
We do not control and are not responsible for the performance, availability, accuracy, or security of third-party services.
3. User Accounts
To access the Service, you must create an account and provide accurate information.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
4. Paid Trial, Subscription and Automatic Renewal
We offer a 7-day paid trial.
By starting the trial, you agree to be charged the trial fee displayed on the checkout page immediately.
Unless cancelled before the end of the trial period, your trial will automatically convert into a paid subscription at the price displayed on the checkout page.
By subscribing, you expressly authorize us to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.
5. Pricing and Payments
All prices are displayed on the checkout page and shown in Euros unless stated otherwise.
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store or process full payment card details.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, all purchases made through our website are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, except as expressly stated in our Refund Policy or as required by applicable law.
6. EU Right of Withdrawal – Digital Services
Note for EU residents: In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU, EU consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days of purchase without giving any reason. To exercise this right, please refer to our Refund Policy.
If you have been presented with, and you have provided your prior express consent to begin the performance during the right of withdrawal period and acknowledgement that you will lose your right of withdrawal, then — unless the Service is defective — you will not be eligible for a refund in relation to digital content and will only be eligible to a proportional refund in relation to digital services already performed. If this provision applies, we will provide you with a copy of the confirmation of your prior express consent and acknowledgement on a durable medium.
By starting to use the Service, you expressly consent to the immediate performance of the digital Service and acknowledge that you lose your statutory right of withdrawal once the Service has been accessed or used, in accordance with Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU.
7. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time via your user dashboard or by contacting us at info@convert24.co.
Cancellation prevents future billing but does not refund the current billing period.
8. Fair Use
Unlimited usage is subject to fair and reasonable use.
We reserve the right to limit, throttle, or suspend accounts that exceed normal usage patterns or negatively impact system performance.
9. Access to the Service
Access to the Service depends on the availability of third-party technical providers.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Service.
10. User Files and Content
Users are solely responsible for the content of the files they upload.
We do not monitor, verify, or control uploaded content.
All uploaded files are automatically deleted within 24 hours.
You are responsible for maintaining your own backups.
11. Prohibited Use
You may not use the Service for illegal, harmful, or abusive purposes, including uploading unlawful or copyrighted content.
12. Suspension and Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account for abuse, fraud, or violation of these Terms, without refund.
13. Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback without first contacting our support constitutes a breach of these Terms.
We reserve the right to suspend your account and recover associated administrative and chargeback fees.
14. Disclaimer
The Service is provided “as is”.
We do not guarantee that converted files will be accurate, complete, or fit for any particular purpose.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Digital24 LTD shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
16. Privacy
We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
17. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
