1. Who we are and what these terms cover
These Subscription Terms govern all trials and paid subscriptions to the services provided by Digital24 LTD (“Company”, “we”, “us”), registered in England and Wales under company number 12728844, registered office Kemp House, 160 City Road, London EC1V 2NX, England, through https://convert24.co.
They apply together with our Terms of Service, our Refund and Withdrawal Policy and our Privacy Policy. On refunds and withdrawal, the Refund and Withdrawal Policy prevails.

3. The 7-day trial — exactly what you are agreeing to
When you start the trial you are subscribing to a monthly service. You are not making a one-off purchase.

The trial gives you the same access as a paid subscription. The €0.50 is a payment, not a deposit.
4. Automatic renewal
Unless you cancel before the end of the 7-day trial, your trial converts automatically into a monthly subscription at €44.90 per month. It then renews automatically each month until you cancel.
By completing checkout you expressly authorise us to charge your payment method €44.90 at the end of the trial period and on the same day of each following month, until you cancel.
5. The emails we send you
Before your first monthly charge, we tell you in writing — twice — exactly what will be charged and on what date.
We send you five emails:

All of these go to the email address on your account. If you cannot find one of them, check your spam folder and contact us — we will tell you when it was sent.
6. Pricing and payment
Prices are shown in Euros and include any applicable VAT unless stated otherwise at checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card details. Subscription fees are charged in advance for each monthly period.
If a payment fails, we may retry it over the following days. If it continues to fail, we may suspend access until payment succeeds. We do not charge late fees.
7. Your right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer in the EU, EEA or UK, you have 14 days from the date of your trial purchase to withdraw from this contract, without giving any reason. You do not lose this right by using the Service.
If you withdraw within 14 days, we refund all payments received from you, without deduction for the period you used.
After the 14 days, subscription payments are not refundable, including for periods you did not use — what you pay for is the continuous availability of the Service. Full details are in our Refund and Withdrawal Policy.
8. Cancellation
You may cancel at any time, with no notice period, no cancellation fee, and no need to give a reason.
How: log in to your account, go to Account settings → Subscription, and select cancel. The subscription is cancelled automatically by our system and you receive a confirmation email. You can reach the login page from convert24.co/cancelation, which is linked in the footer of every page.
Cancellation stops all future charges. Your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for. Cancelling does not by itself refund a payment already made — for that, see section 7 if you are within your first 14 days.
We will never require you to call us, chat with a retention agent, or complete more steps to cancel than you completed to subscribe.
9. Fair use
Your subscription is for personal or small-business use. “Unlimited” is subject to the following concrete limits:
- up to 50 conversions per day
- files up to 100 MB each
- no automated, scripted or bulk processing, and no resale of the Service
If you reach these limits we contact you by email to discuss a plan that fits your usage. We do not suspend or throttle an account for exceeding fair use without contacting you first and giving you a reasonable opportunity to respond.
10. Availability and third-party providers
We provide the Service with reasonable skill and care, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. File conversion is performed with the assistance of third-party processing providers, listed in our Privacy Policy.
11. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate an account, without refund, where there is evidence of fraud, illegal use, or a serious breach of our Terms of Service.
Except in cases of manifest fraud or illegality, we give you notice and an opportunity to respond before suspending your account.
12. Disputes
If you believe a charge is wrong, please contact us first at info@convert24.co. This is a request and not a condition: it does not affect your right to raise a dispute with your bank or to use any other legal remedy.
13. Your price does not change
The price you agreed when you subscribed applies for as long as your subscription continues. We do not increase the price of an existing subscription.
If we introduce a different price, it applies only to subscriptions started after that date.
We may update these Terms. The version that applies to your contract is the version published on the date you concluded it.
