These Subscription Terms govern all paid subscriptions and trial access to the services provided by Digital24 (“Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”) through https://convert24.co (the “Service”).
By purchasing a trial or subscription, you agree to these Subscription Terms in addition to our Terms of Service and Refund Policy.
1. Description of Subscription
The Service is provided on a subscription basis and grants access to digital file conversion tools and related features, including:
File conversion functionality
Account management tools
Customer support by email
2. Paid Trial
We offer a 7-day paid trial.
By starting the trial, you agree to be charged the trial fee displayed on the checkout page.
The trial provides temporary access to the Service under the same conditions as a paid subscription.
3. Automatic Renewal and Recurring Billing
Unless cancelled before the end of the trial period, your trial will automatically convert into a paid monthly subscription at the price displayed on the checkout page.
By subscribing, you expressly authorize Digital24 to automatically charge your selected payment method:
At the end of the trial period, and
On each subsequent monthly billing cycle,
until you cancel your subscription.
This constitutes your explicit consent for recurring billing.
4. Pricing and Payment Processing
All prices are displayed on the checkout page and shown in Euros unless stated otherwise.
Payments are processed securely by Stripe.
We do not store or process full payment card details.
All subscription fees are billed in advance.
5. Non-Refundable Payments
All payments are non-refundable, except where required by mandatory consumer protection law.
No refunds will be provided for:
Trial fees
Partial subscription periods
Unused time
Forgotten cancellations
Cancellation only prevents future charges.
6. EU Right of Withdrawal – Digital Services
Note for EU residents: In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU, EU consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days of purchase without giving any reason. To exercise this right, please refer to our Refund Policy.
If you have been presented with, and you have provided your prior express consent to begin the performance during the right of withdrawal period and acknowledgement that you will lose your right of withdrawal, then — unless the Service is defective — you will not be eligible for a refund in relation to digital content and will only be eligible to a proportional refund in relation to digital services already performed. If this provision applies, we will provide you with a copy of the confirmation of your prior express consent and acknowledgement on a durable medium.
By starting to use the Service, you expressly consent to the immediate performance of the digital Service upon purchase and acknowledge that you lose your statutory right of withdrawal once the Service has been accessed or used, in accordance with Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU.
7. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time:
Through your user dashboard, or
By contacting us at info@convert24.co
Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.
You will retain access to the Service until that date.
8. No Reminder Obligation
We are under no obligation to provide reminders before the end of the trial period or before subscription renewal.
It is your responsibility to manage your subscription.
9. Fair Use Policy
Unlimited usage is subject to fair and reasonable use.
We reserve the right to limit, throttle, or suspend accounts that exceed normal usage patterns or negatively impact system performance.
10. Third-Party Dependency
The Service relies on third-party technical providers for file processing.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Service and are not responsible for downtime or technical issues caused by external providers.
11. Suspension and Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any subscription, without refund, if we detect:
Abuse of the Service
Fraudulent activity
Violation of our Terms
Illegal or harmful use
12. Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback without first contacting our customer support constitutes a breach of these Subscription Terms.
We reserve the right to suspend your account and recover any associated chargeback fees and administrative costs.
13. Changes to Subscription Terms and Pricing
We may modify subscription plans, features, or pricing at any time.
Changes will apply only to future billing periods and will be communicated in advance where required by law.
